Mutton – 1 kg
Onions – 15
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – required quantity
Dry Chillies – 5
Salt – as needed
Green chillies – 5
Curry leaves – a handful size
Coriander – a handful size
Mint leaves – a handful size
Delicious Mutton Chukka Recipe
First add 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp pepper, 5 dry chillies and coriander powder in a mixing jar and grind it well.
In the next 1 kg of mutton, add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, ground powder and required amount of salt and boil it well.
Pour oil in a pan and fry 5 green chillies chopped small onions. Once the small onions turn bright red in color, add required amount of ginger and garlic and fry well.
